COGS issues error

This COGS Issues button filters and displays all products that have a registered order (sold units) but are missing a Cost of Goods Sold

Multiple COGS Error

This error means that you have a SKU active in more than 1 Etsy listing BUT you previously set different product costs that were later identified as the same SKU.

To correct this error, you will need to click on the pencil icon and edit the previously entered product costs to make sure they all match.

A SKU that exists in multiple Etsy listings should never have different COGS aka product costs entered, as this would defeat the purpose of uniquely identifying an item with a SKU.

After you click the pencil icon click Fix Now button input the correct product cost and this will set the correct COGS for all previous orders

Without A SKU Error

This button filters and displays all products that have a registered order (sold units) but are missing a SKU

This orange explanation point error identifies a product that is missing a SKU
