COGS Issues
ProfitTree is identifying the number of products sold in your orders within the selected time period that lack Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). It's crucial for you to navigate to Product Cost and add your COGS to ensure accurate showcasing of gross profit

Items
This is the total number of items purchased in the order
Paid
Total amount paid by buyer including item total, shipping & handling, possible gift wrapping and sales tax
Sales Tax
If Etsy charged your customer for Sales Tax that amount collected by Etsy will be reflected here
Item Total
The exact amount of the items total before taxes, shipping and handling or gift wrapping
Shipping
This is the total amount of shipping paid by the customer not what you paid for the label if purchased through Etsy
Refunds
If any partial or full refunds were issued for the order that amount will reflect here
Discounts
If any discounts were included in the sale that amount will reflect here
COGS
This amount comes directly from the product costs you input in the Product Cost tab or directly from your POD integration. If your COGS are updated or changed those changes are also reflected here.
