How does ProfitTree handle refunds?

  1. We offer a freemium plan that allows you to explore the platform without any time restrictions or upfront charges. Once upgraded, all paid plans are non-refundable, except under a specific grace period for annual subscriptions.

    1. No Refunds for Monthly or Lifetime Plans: All monthly and lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.

    2. No Partial Refunds or Missed Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscriptions or if you forget to cancel your plan.

    3. No Trial Period: Since we provide a forever-free freemium plan, there is no trial window or refund option based on usage.

    1. Accidental Purchase Grace Period: If you accidentally purchased the annual plan, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the charge.

    2. Beyond 48 Hours: Refunds will not be issued after the 2-day grace window has passed.

    3. Monthly Plans: Due to their short duration, monthly plans do not qualify for a grace period.

  4. Subscription Management

    1. Set to Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your plan anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

    2. Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription to avoid future charges.
