1. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing quality service and transparency regarding our refund policy:

  • No Refunds After Free Trial: Once your free trial period has ended, refunds for subscriptions will not be issued. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the trial expires to avoid charges.

  • No Refunds for Partial Use or Missed Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or if you forget to cancel your subscription.

Renewal Notifications: You will receive reminders before your trial ends and prior to your subscription renewal. By continuing your subscription, you agree to the renewal terms outlined here.

2. Annual Plan Grace Period

  • 48-Hour Grace Period for Annual Subscriptions: If you forgot to cancel your trial before the annual subscription began, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the first charge following your trial.

  • No Refunds After Grace Period: After the 48-hour grace period, refunds for annual subscriptions will not be provided.

  • Grace Period for Monthly Subscriptions: Due to their limited duration, monthly subscriptions do not qualify for a grace period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted under exceptional situations, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate payments for the same subscription period.

  • Technical Issues: Verified technical problems that prevent the service from functioning as advertised.

Refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
