What Happens on Etsy?

• When you click “Create Custom Order” on Etsy:

• Etsy generates a new listing specifically for that order.

What Happens in ProfitTree?

• ProfitTree automatically syncs with Etsy and imports this new listing as a new product.

• Since this product is newly created, it will initially have no COGS value assigned.

• You must manually enter the COGS for this product the first time it appears in ProfitTree.
