If your Etsy account is set to a different currency than your local currency, it can cause discrepancies in your ProfitTree account reports.
This happens because the metrics we pull into ProfitTree are derived from both your order reports and your account ledger. As a result, your order reports will reflect the currency of your Etsy account, while your account ledger will show transactions in your local currency. This mismatch may affect the accuracy of financial reporting in your ProfitTree account.
Additionally, if you are using a Print on Demand (POD) service, and your POD provider's account currency is also different from your local currency, similar reporting issues may occur.
For example, if you are in Canada but both your Etsy and Printify accounts are set to USD, your financial metrics may not be reported accurately.
