ProfitTree automatically syncs your Etsy shop data on a scheduled basis.
Sync Frequency
ProfitTree refreshes your shop data approximately every 12 hours
Each sync pulls updated information from your Etsy ledger
No manual refresh or “hard refresh” is currently available
This ensures your data stays up to date without requiring any action on your part.
What Gets Updated During a Sync
During each sync, ProfitTree updates:
Orders and transactions
Fees and expenses
Refunds and adjustments
Listing and product activity
Shipping label expenses
Advertising data (as provided by Etsy)
Any changes that Etsy has recorded in your ledger since the last sync will be reflected after the next refresh.
Important Notes
ProfitTree does not sync data in real time
Data availability depends on when Etsy records transactions in your ledger
Recently completed actions may not appear until the next scheduled sync
A manual refresh option is not currently available
